Sweet! I won the item on eBay and couldn't adjust the geometry or even keep a steady picure. This guide has the full schematics (not available anywhere else as far as I could tell), and was a bargain for the wealth of knowledge it contains. I hooked it up to my testing equipment, tweaked a few potentiometers and got it playing videogames in no time. Thanks!
Great Manual! It contains all the wiring schematics and mechanical exploded views that are essential for service and repair. I was surprised I even found this for such an old machine. Only wish I knew of this site many years ago.

DEASSEMBLY AND REPLACEMENT
1. Removal of the FRONT LOADING Assây (Fig. 3.1)
NOTE: Remove the FRONT LOADING Assây in eject mode. a. Unscrew the 2 screw holding the F/L. b. Separate the F/L Assây from the MAINBASE settling down point by lifting the rear part of F/L (Screw Hole).
2. Deassembly of FRONT LOADING Assây (FIg. 3.2~3.5)
a. Remove the 1 washer for holding the door opener and separate F/L Assembly by moving the DOOR OPENER in the direction of arrow. b. Remove the 2 screw holding the TOP PLATE and separate the CASSETTE HOLDER Assây by moving the FL BRKT L and FL BRKT R in the direction of arrow. (Fig. 3.2)
